I had driven by this dealership many times when staying with my elderly Dad in Sewell and always admired the exceptional selection of vehicles that were featured for sale on their lot. When back home in Philadelphia , I never imagined that my search for a newer Lincoln Navigator would take me right to the place I always admired, but there I was. I found what I was looking for and the staff did everything they could to make this a seamless transition for me. I needed to bring the purchase back to have a paint issue taken care of, and they took care of it in a timely fashion, and to make me even happier, were able to get me the keyless entry code that I bugged them about. As a single woman recently divorced, you worry about so many factors when considering a trade-in, new car, or anything! I was beyond anxious. At the initial phone call, Ali insisted I could come and just look - no pressure! It was different than other dealers I had rang on CarGurus, it was not sales pressure oriented in the least ... If you want to come check it out ... great if not we respect that too! When I arrived, Ali was super COVID- protective but friendly, the type of friendly where you can see warmth and a smile behind the mask. He had several other interested customers, and took my license and some personal information and allowed me to test drive Alone! That was huge for me.. I could be as relaxed and/or aggressive as I wanted to be, and it made all the difference. I didnt have to wonder, if I was driving it to a gentleman's standards or to my comfort level.
